Ray showed up exactly on time both to assess the situation with our microwave and on the next visit to replace the door. He was polite and knowledgeable and explained the billing so we were completely satisfied. He told us to call him back if any problems developed or if we had any questions. He was quick, clean cut and efficient. A perfect representative for Caesar’s Appliances.

Caesar's came to fix my dishwasher same day. I was thrilled. Sergio was quick, friendly and professional. Only way it would have been better is if it were less expensive. But, it was way less than having to buy a new one.

A most impressive experience. We were the final appointment of the day for Ray and we could see that it had been a long day of challenges. Our dishwasher issue was found to be more complicated than originally diagnosed. Ray dove into the problem and stuck with it until solved, around 8:00 PM on Thanksgiving eve. Our 9 guests toasted Ray in absentia on Thanksgiving and we wish to thank him publicly again. We always have good experiences with Caesars and we hope they realize how valuable Ray is.
